Queen of Hearts
Game includes Jokers – Game Starts with 54 Cards. Cards are placed in envelopes and locked in the display case.
Tickets cost $1.00 Each.
All monies from weekly ticket sales are added to the pot for the drawing and amounts not paid out are progressive, moving to the next pot until the Queen of Hearts is drawn and the pot is split as later specified.
Name should be printed on ticket; only one name per ticket. If no name is on ticket you must be present at the time of the drawing and show matching ticket stub to win. If there is no name on ticket and the ticket holder is not present, the ticket will be discarded and another ticket will be drawn.
Only 1 ticket will be drawn each week.
If the person whose name is drawn is present they will select the envelope number from the locked display case. If person is not present and an envelope number is not written on the ticket, a bartender on shift will select their envelope number.
Drawing will be held every Saturday at 7:30 PM. No tickets will be sold after 7:00 PM Saturday.
All tickets will be destroyed after each Drawing and ticket sales for the next weeks drawing will begin at 9:00 AM Each Sunday Morning and will be available for purchase until 7:00 PM Saturday, 30 minutes prior to the drawing.
Any rule or payout changes will be made between games only.
Anyone winning $600.00 or more will receive a W2-G Form.
Only current members of the American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary or Sons of the American Legion in good standing are eligible to play. (Bona Fide Guests can purchase tickets but they must be present at the time of the drawing to win.)
All chosen cards will remain within view in the locked display case until the Queen of Hearts is drawn.
Payouts may be made only on the following cards in the amounts below:

* If a joker is drawn the player has an option of accepting the $20.00 prize or forfeiting the monies and selecting another envelope from the display case.*
